The Pensato Olive Grove nestles amongst the gently sloping Apulian hills: once the residence of Frederic II, King of the Two-Sicilies. It is within these surroundings where only the very best olives ripen. The Peranzana is the most well known: a juicy olive with a firm pulp containing oil of a particularly high quality. Harvested by hand, the olives are cold pressed with the famous Gargano lemons in the traditional granite mills. This process captures the full essence of the citrus and guarantees a delicate flavor.
